Biofabrication of Silver Nanoparticles Using Teucrium Apollinis Extract: Characterization, Stability, and Their Antibacterial Activities

Medical science has paid a great deal of attention to green synthesis silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) because their remarkable results with multidrug-resistant bacteria. This study was conducted on the preparation AgNPs, using teucrium apollinis extract as reducing agent and capping ligand. The AgNP produced stable in room condition up 10 weeks. characterized UV-visible absorption spectroscopy (UV-Vis), attenuated Fourier transform infrared (ATR-FTIR), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), dynamic light scattering (DLS). confirms ability produce AgNPs high stability. influence pH studied over range (2–12) stability synthesized AgNPs. best value 7.2, where showed good antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa. is confirmed by strong peak UV-Vis due surface plasmon resonance (SPR) at 379 nm.
